Massive congratulations to our U16 hurlers on a fantastic league final victory over St. Marks in Banteer last night! 💚🤍

On a very warm and humid evening, both teams served up a thrilling contest that couldn't be separated after normal time. Extra time still wasn't enough to find a winner, sending the game to a dramatic penalty shootout.

Our lads held their nerve brilliantly, emerging victorious 3-1 on penalties to claim the league title! 👏

A huge credit to both teams for an outstanding final, and well done to our players and coaches DJ Golden, Dermot Golden, Kieran Curtin and Dónal Golden for their hard work, determination and never-give-up attitude throughout the campaign.
